A banking client asked me to disentangle the strategy execution of the inhouse B2B Sales unit:

  • Stakeholder Mapping uncovered dependencies to Risk
  • A service blue print unveiled procedural rodeblocks to execution
  • In cocreation the internal processes were redesigned, easing strategy execution
Reframe Laboratory Testing

A laboratories inbound processes were tested when COVID-19 increased the amount of probes to be tested daily manyfold:

  • in 3 initiatives the laboratory professionals were trained on HCD
  • the teams focused on resolving key issues identified by a broad survey
  • new standards were developed iteratively to cope with the increased demand

A consultancy asked me to improve their agility measurably without wasting their limited time-budget:

  • An initial measurement of team agility and workshop provided insights on gaps
  • targeted interventions accompanied the team culture change for 2 months
